Credit is loaded to one client account, yours or your gift recipient's, and can't be shared, split or moved to another account. Credit is non-refundable and has a 24-hour cancellation policy; credits used towards booked services are subject to full-priced treatments and skincare and can't be used on packages.

Terms & Conditions of the Black Friday VIP Offer
1. Offer Details
Clients who purchase prepaid credit during the Black Friday promotion will receive an additional 25% complimentary bonus credit added to their MIMADA Beauty account.
For example, a $1,000 purchase provides $1,000 in purchased credit plus $250 in complimentary bonus credit, for a total account value of $1,250.
2. Credit Validity and Expiration
Purchased Credit: The original amount paid by the client does not expire.
Bonus Credit: The complimentary 25% promotional credit expires 12 months from the original purchase date.
Any unused bonus credit remaining after the 12-month period will automatically expire.
Purchased credit will be applied first, followed by complimentary bonus credit, when paying for eligible services or products.
3. Eligible Purchases
Credit may be used toward regularly priced hair, spa, aesthetic and medispa services, as well as retail products at MIMADA Beauty.
Credit cannot be used toward service packages, promotional offers, discounted services, special events or other promotions.
Credit cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
Services and products are charged at their regular prices at the time of redemption.
4. Account Restrictions
Purchased and bonus credit are assigned to the client's individual MIMADA Beauty account.
Credit is non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members, friends or other clients.
Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards.
Credit cannot be transferred between client accounts.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All prepaid credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where refunds or cancellations are required by applicable law.
Complimentary bonus credit has no cash value and is not refundable.
If a refund is required by law, any associated promotional bonus credit will be adjusted or removed accordingly.
6. Account Balances and Fees
Purchased credit will remain available until fully redeemed.
No inactivity, maintenance or dormancy fees will be charged.
Clients may request their remaining purchased and bonus credit balances from MIMADA Beauty.
7. Booking and Service Policies
All appointments are subject to availability.
Standard MIMADA Beauty booking, cancellation and no-show policies apply.
Prepaid credit does not guarantee appointment availability, specific service pricing or access to a particular service provider.
8. General Conditions
The promotion is available for a limited time only.
MIMADA Beauty reserves the right to discontinue the promotion for future purchases.
Terms applicable to completed purchases will be honoured, subject to applicable law.
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, subject to the client's statutory consumer rights.
