CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you notify us of your cancellation with more than 24 hours notice, we will happily reschedule your appointment.
For any service, if 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, we will require a 50% deposit for your next booked appointment. For any no call/no show missed appointments, full prepayment will be required to schedule another appointment.
For clients who have purchased packages and have prebooked their appointments, there will be a $50 no-show/cancellation fee if you fail to give us more than 24 hours notice for cancellations/rescheduling. We will not be providing refunds on the purchased packages/sessions and we will require prepayment of the $50 cancellation fee before we will book your next session.
SALON
Late Arrivals - We understand life happens, so a 15 minute grace period will be given for late clients. Out of respect for our clients who will come after you, if you are later than 15 minutes you will be considered a “no show” and we will not be able to service you when you arrive. Our cancellation policy will then apply.
Service Dissatisfaction: We want all of our guests to look and feel their best. If you are not completely happy with the look you have ended up with, you will have a 7 day grace period after the day of their service to contact us for an adjustment; however, this is void if changes were made at home or elsewhere.
Minors: We will gladly service minors aged 14–18 without a parent present. In these cases we assume your teens fully understand and approve the stylist’s recommendations, including how different hair textures and features may affect results. If your teen isn’t fully satisfied, we offer a one-time adjustment within 7 days by the original stylist; however, this is void if changes were made at home or elsewhere.
Results Disclaimer: We do our best to match inspiration photos as closely as possible, but please note that hair texture, natural colour, and personal features will affect the final result. This applies to both cuts and colours, and by proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these variations.
SPA
If you are late for your appointment your treatment will end when it is scheduled to end as to not delay our next client. Full service charges will apply.
For expectant mothers, please let us know about your pregnancy at the time of appointment scheduling. We do not perform medi facials or body treatments on expectant mothers as to keep your bundle of joy safe.
Please arrive to your spa appointment 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, in order to fill out client forms and get prepared for your treatment.
Our Aestheticians drape towels and sheets discreetly over any area of your body not involved in the treatment, protecting your privacy at all times. If you feel uncomfortable, a bathing suit may be worn during any body treatment to keep you as comfortable as possible.
Small Children and Babes in Arms
MIMADA Spa is a great place to getaway from your everyday life and pamper yourself. To maintain a relaxed atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you leave young children at home.
PACKAGES
Prepaid packages expire 12 months from the purchase date; please purchase only what you can use within a year. Extensions are granted solely at management’s discretion, and unused sessions are non-refundable.
