Do I see a hairstylist or a barber?

Looking for a masculine cut but are unsure of who to see?

At MIMADA, all haircuts are performed by licensed hairstylists—not barbers. Our team specializes in scissor-crafted styles that are fuller, longer-lasting, and more tailored than basic clipper cuts.

If you’re looking for a masculine haircut with style and structure, we’ve got you covered.

Do you offer fades or buzz cuts?

While we can incorporate clipper work, we don’t offer barber-only services like skin fades or buzz cuts. Our approach blends scissors and clippers for a more detailed, customized result.

Is the barbering cut still a full service?

Yes. This service includes a personalized consultation and a complete Davines cleansing ritual with scalp and neck massage - just like every haircut at Mimada.

MAINTENANCE trim a.k.a dry dusting

What is a maintenance trim?
It’s a refresh between full cuts—removing dry ends and cleaning up fringe or face-framing layers without reshaping your entire style. It’s ideal if your hair needs a little polish, not a whole new look.

If additional styling is needed to perfrom this service (blowdrying or smoothing) it will be priced as a regular haircut.

Do I need to wash my hair before coming in?
Yes - if booked as a stand-alone service, you must arrive with clean, dry, and smoothed hair unless your stylist advises otherwise.

Blowdrying or flat-ironing is not included unless requested (which may change the price).

What if I want to add curls or styling?
Hot tool styling like curls or waves can be added as an upgrade. Ask your stylist or mention it when booking.

Do kids receive the same luxury service as adults?
Absolutely. All our guests - regardless of age - receive professional care, tailored attention, and the full MIMADA experience.

However, our Master and Senior Stylists do not perform youth cuts, so all pricing reflects services performed by our New Talent or Stylist tier.

bang trims

Bang trims are complimentary for existing clients and can be booked once between full haircut appointments.

Yes. We offer a range of targeted hair and scalp rituals—from deep conditioning to detoxifying and bond-building treatments.
