  • All packages & pre-paid services must be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Service substitutions are permitted only when the originally purchased treatment is contraindicated for medical or safety reasons, as determined by MIMADA or your service provider.

  • Any substituted service must be of equal or lesser value to the amount paid for the original service. If a substituted service is of lesser value, no refund, credit, or price adjustment will be issued for the difference.

  • Clients may elect to upgrade to a higher-priced service by paying the applicable price difference at the time of booking or checkout.

  • MIMADA reserves the right to determine eligibility for substitutions and to decline substitutions that fall outside the scope of this policy.

  • Standard cancellation policy applies -24 hours. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a service being deducted from your package.

  • Packages are final sale and non-refundable.
